CutTime - How to Log in and View Your Balance or Make PaymentsYou can access your students account and pay their fees using the following steps:
*Please note that a 3% processing fee is added to all credit card payments. If you would like to avoid the fee, you may pay by cash or check. Cash or check payments may be turned in to the Booster box in the RPHS band room. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected] |
- Each student has a band account through the Band Boosters. The money earned through fundraising is put in here. To find out how much is in your account, log in to CutTime (instructions above).
- Used for: Band Fees, Trip Payments
- You can also transfer funds to a sibling's account. This is helpful when an older sibling graduates.

Financial Assistance
If you are in need of financial assistance to pay your band fees, please use the Financial Assistance Request Form. This form must be completed and returned to a band director by October 1st each school year.
