What is a Woodwind, Brass, or Percussion Ensemble?
Woodwind, Brass, and Percussion Ensembles are designed to focus on each group of instruments in a smaller class setting. These ensembles will perform music specifically written for them and is often times a more in-depth look at music for band students. Students in 7th or 8th grade band are welcomed to join one of these before or after school groups. Some 6th graders can join, but will be handled on an individual basis with the band director.
