7th Grade Recording Session

Dear 7th Grade Band Families,

We are ready to create our virtual concert! We will have a recording session after school from 3:00-4:30pm Wednesday, December 16. 

DETAILS
The recording session is for students only. Parents will be notified for how to view our performance online after we make our recording.
Students should wear their green band polo with black or khaki pants or nice jeans. Please avoid sweats and shorts. Regular school shoes are fine. 

HELP WITH RIDES

• Getting to School
• A Day students will already be at school. They just stay after. 
• B Day students will need to be at school at 2:50pm
• Car Riders should be dropped off behind South Middle School (car rider line).
• If you need help with a ride, please complete this form by Wednesday, December 9 at 3:00PM. We will attempt arrangements for an activity bus to pick up your student. Please understand this is a little different than the normal activity bus system, so if you can be a car rider, please do so. 
• Getting Home
• We can use the PAWS bus to take students home after our recording session. If your child needs a ride home after our practice, please complete this form by Friday, December 11 at 3:00PM.
